Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule, budget, and technical oversight of manufacturing harness subsystem deliverables
• Drive day-to-day team execution and milestone achievement from procurement through delivery
• Manage technical project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the program lifecycle
• Provide Earned Value Management inputs, including variance analysis and corrective action planning
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with long-range business plans and manage technical design changes
• Track and update key subsystem Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs) and Discrepancy Reports (DRs)
• Coordinate with Program Management Offices to prioritize hardware deliverables and status updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
• 9+ years of related work experience
• Experience leading engineering or manufacturing teams and personnel
• Experience with Wire Harness Product Lifecycle
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Leadership experience and knowledge of satellite systems and components
• Experience with Harness Design or PCB Design
• Understanding of execution methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
• Experience using Confluence and other project management tools/metrics
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
