Product Owner - Methods & Tools

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize them according to the product roadmap
• Define, refine, and own the product implementation backlog and overall product strategy
• Write and review acceptance criteria and perform validation of tool developments
• Conduct product system demos and follow up with end users for solution acceptance
• Perform business acceptance testing, including documenting bugs and potential improvements
• Manage quality gates to secure solution deployment and ensure documentation updates like training materials and user guides
• Prepare and secure Continuous Release Management
• Collect and prioritize user feedback to support tool usage in operations

Requirements

• Engineering graduate with 8+ years of total professional experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner
• Proven experience in IT solution development and integration
• Strong ability to manage backlogs and write clear acceptance criteria
• Experience in business acceptance testing and validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Airbus business processes, specifically Airframe Physical Design and Configuration management
• Familiarity with Airbus data platforms such as EBAM, CoreAll, PLM, or Skywise
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PM/PO
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA or VersionOne
• Experience in the aerospace sector or with engineering tools like CATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaborative leadership skills
