Product Owner - Marketplace ZF [pro] Parts

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the ZF [pro] Parts B2B marketplace
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
• Lead user discovery with mechanics, workshops, distributors, and retailers to validate hypotheses
• Transform business needs into detailed functional requirements, user journeys, and user stories
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, business, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor product KPIs and propose data-driven improvements
• Conduct agile rituals including planning, reviews, and refinements
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency within the buying and selling journey

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products (marketplace or e-commerce experience preferred)
• Experience collaborating with design teams on UI/UX, flows, and prototypes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics and dashboards for decision-making
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment and prioritization
