About the Company

Lightspeed is the leading provider of cloud-based software for dealerships, serving the Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries. Their Dealer Management Solution (DMS) enables dealerships to optimize end-to-end business operations including Sales, Parts, Service, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Serve as the primary product representative on cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and UX
• Provide direction to development via epics, features, user stories, and backlog grooming
• Manage the team's backlog to ensure it is transparent, ordered, and actionable
• Develop and maintain product delivery roadmaps and communicate release contents to stakeholders
• Create continuous feedback loops via acceptance criteria, utilization monitoring, and pilot programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, business management, or engineering
• Proven success overseeing elements of the product and software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects and pivot priorities based on new information
• Strong cross-functional influence and relationship management skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational planning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Product Management frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic)
• 3+ years experience with CRM, Retail, ERP, or DMS systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira or Aha!
• Previous experience in Product Development or Product Marketing for commercial software
