Product Owner - Lending Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring alignment with customer, stakeholder, and business needs
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, strategic objectives, and delivery readiness
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the Agile team
• Serve as the voice of the customer, representing end-user needs within the development lifecycle
• Partner with Product Management to align team execution with the broader solution vision and organizational goals
• Support the operations and maintenance of the lending platform and sanctions screening systems
• Facilitate communication and feedback loops between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience developing, operating, and maintaining complex financial applications
• Proven experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) product team, including PI planning and execution
• Expertise in backlog management and translating business needs into technical priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders
• Experience working with virtual teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services or highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile or similar scaled delivery frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms requiring coordination across compliance, operations, and technology teams
