Product Owner Jr.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business needs
• Participate in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Assist in managing expectations and communication between business and technology teams
• Support product planning activities and agile ceremonies
• Track, organize, and document tasks, deliverables, and project progress
• Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product enhancements

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with digital products or software development
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, product management, or agile environments
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and business processes
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proactive mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO)
• Interest in obtaining Product Owner or Agile certifications
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC)
