Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of product owners responsible for platform modernization and expansion of data products
• Perform JIRA grooming and test execution
• Resolve issues and escalate critical risks
• Influence and communicate with senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Drive compliance of product and Release Management standards and operating models
• Develop and deliver end-to-end project strategies for firmwide and LOB change events
• Identify solutions for business process re-engineering and create supporting documentation
• Provide oversight of release plans, including scope, milestones, and test strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of project management and business analysis experience
• Experience in process re-engineering
• Previous team leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering large complex programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of traditional credit (Loans, Deposits, Cash) and trading products
• Experience in Finance, Risk, or Operations functions
• Experience with Agile delivery and JIRA
• Understanding of Financial or Regulatory reporting processes
• Knowledge of cloud strategy or Databricks
• Proficiency with Tableau or other business intelligence tools
