About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the HRIS Service Center
- Manage the operational follow-up of tickets and the backlog
- Prioritize requests and incidents while defining and monitoring KPIs
- Define and improve processes, workflows, and management rules
- Coordinate between IT, business units, and project teams
- Facilitate communication and manage escalations to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage documentation, including the writing of procedures and reflex sheets
- Support the skill development of the teams
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Service Center management, application support, or TMA
- Strong knowledge of HRIS tools such as Oracle HCM, Horoquartz, or HR Access
- Proficiency in Jira for incident and backlog tracking
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment using a value/effort logic
- Fluency in both French and English
