HELPLINE specializes in user support outsourcing and the implementation of an augmented employee experience through AI. As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides IT asset management, application support, and GRC services to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Collect and prioritize functional requirements from project stakeholders and technical experts
- Lead project management including planning, coordination, workshop facilitation, and reporting
- Ensure project progress and adherence to milestones
- Write user stories and participate in agile ceremonies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Ability to operate within a large-scale agile organization
- Proactive and rigorous approach
- Strong communication skills for both technical and business profiles
- Knowledge of banking credit business and ideally housing finance processes
- Ability to perform autonomous testing to discover existing workflows and functional rules
- Strong writing skills for user stories and functional specifications
- Proficiency in functional testing practices, including test case writing and execution
