Responsibilities

• Serve as the definitive voice of the user, client, and business by owning the team backlog, epics, features, and user stories
• Shape the strategic roadmap and vision for the tracking portfolio through market research and user analysis
• Lead high-level technical and business discussions to align cross-functional engineering teams
• Collaborate with Development Leads and Architects to enforce architectural patterns and built-in quality
• Define success metrics, monitor operational data, and oversee 3rd-line support within the product scope

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle and short-range roadmap definition
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with ability to align engineering teams and high-profile clients
• Strong technical grounding with experience managing complex products and cloud-based data solutions
• Experience defining Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), MVPs, and setting OKRs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on high-performance products in a B2B setting
• Experience with real-time systems combining software and hardware tracking infrastructure
• Willingness to travel internationally to collaborate with sports federations and teams trackside
