About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical program lifecycle for multiple concurrent new product introductions (NPI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, deliverables, and schedules
- Lead Agile/Scrum practices including backlog refinement and sprint planning with internal teams and external JDM/ODM/OEM partners
- Facilitate technical decision-making, risk identification, and mitigation
- Oversee EVT, DVT, and PVT phases, managing hardware, firmware, and software release planning
- Coordinate with international engineering and manufacturing partners across global time zones
- Maintain program health dashboards and present status reports to executive leadership
- Support go-to-market activities including launch readiness and sales enablement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline
- Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Program Management
- Experience in consumer electronics or smart hardware product development
- Experience with embedded systems or mobile/IoT application integration
- Proven success managing full-lifecycle projects with international JDM/OEM/ODM partners
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work non-standard hours for global coordination and willingness to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in engineering, embedded systems, or product design
- Experience with subscription-based software services and mobile applications
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and product certification processes
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certifications
