Product Owner, GTM Sales Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM Sales Systems, specifically Accounts and Opportunities
• Define how sellers interact with account data and opportunity workflows to drive deal velocity
• Write product requirements, define success metrics, drive discovery, and own sprint prioritization
• Deliver outcomes that improve business KPIs, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy
• Apply an AI-first mindset to redesign workflows, categorizing work as human-led, AI-augmented, or AI-automated
• Ensure data architecture and quality across sales domains
• Partner with senior stakeholders including the CRO to align on strategy and execution

Requirements

• Deep CRM expertise, preferably with Salesforce
• Proven experience as a product owner in GTM technology or business systems
• Strong systems thinking and data architecture skills
• Experience writing product requirements and detailed acceptance criteria
• Comfort presenting product vision to executive leadership while executing sprint-level delivery
• AI-first mindset with a focus on redesigning processes rather than layering automation onto broken workflows
