Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the sprint backlog for assigned platform and technical domains
• Translate platform and technical requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Convert product vision into actionable backlog items for reliability, scalability, and technical debt reduction
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and reviews
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, architects, and security teams to support platform decisions
• Communicate platform capability releases to internal consumers and Engineering teams
• Maintain a minimum of two sprints of groomed and estimated backlog at all times
• Escalate technical risks, platform dependencies, and roadmap gaps to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of professional experience in product ownership, project management, or business analysis
• At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
• Experience launching software services in partnership with Engineering teams
• Proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
• Experience working within an Agile scrum team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT, supply chain, or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and AI-assisted product tools
• Experience in platform and integration-oriented technical domains
