Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for the TI Platform, focusing on data and third-party integration to streamline the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement API and AI-first solutions compatible with Flexera One.
• Drive integration with internal products, such as IT Visibility dashboards and ITAM systems, to enhance data flows and analytics.
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to maintain development momentum.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive the adoption of platform services across internal teams, targeting high adoption rates within the first six months.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner specifically within a technical integration role.
• Proven expertise in API and AI-first integrations.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Familiarity with Data Models, Lakehouse architectures, and Data product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
