Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Update user guides (Zendesk) and functional documentation for sales and clients
• Clean and organize the product backlog in GitLab (prioritizing, archiving, labeling)
• Populate functional matrices for multiple platforms
• Contribute to competitive intelligence
• Participate in discovery phases for new business verticals
• Write issues and epics, and participate in product design workshops with UI/UX experts using Figma
• Engage with product strategy and Customer Success Management (CSM) workflows

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in an apprenticeship program
• Curious nature with an interest in digital products, SaaS, or B2B
• Autonomous with strong organizational skills
• Operational English for documentation and written exchanges
• Familiarity with GitLab, Figma, or Zendesk is a plus
• Interest in the energy sector or business services is a plus
