Product Owner E-commerce App/Web

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for both Web and Mobile applications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on ROI and customer value.
• Write clear User Stories with precise acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile rituals including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives in collaboration with developers and UX/UI designers.
• Optimize the sales funnel (CRO) by maximizing conversion at product pages, cart, and checkout stages.
• Implement A/B testing campaigns to validate optimization hypotheses.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture by analyzing conversion funnels and purchasing behaviors.

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Deep expertise in E-commerce, specifically regarding checkout processes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts and technical architecture (APIs).
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Content Square, and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.
