Product Owner Digital

Responsibilities

• Define the functional vision and product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer and business value.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies to drive continuous, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure technical coherence of solutions by participating in decisions regarding systems, data, and integrations.
• Guarantee product quality through functional validation before production releases.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, quality metrics, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and digitalize processes to enhance operational reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
• Approximately 3 years of experience working with digital products.
• Strong technical knowledge of information systems, including data models, tables, relationships, and queries.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and software processes.
• Experience in detailed functional definition for digital solutions such as apps and web platforms.
• Proven experience leading agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and ALM environments.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to tracking product KPIs.
