Product Owner – Digital Capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital platform solutions within the IB Operations stream
• Define and maintain Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned to product and business strategy
• Collaborate with end users to identify business processes requiring transformation and migration onto new platforms
• Assess potential use cases by evaluating business value against the cost of solutions
• Influence the design of new solutions to deliver benefits across multiple stakeholders
• Maintain pod and iteration backlogs in GitLab to a high standard
• Mitigate impediments to team goals and act as a pod ambassador to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner working in agile environments
• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
• Experience researching user pain points and translating them into actionable requirements
• Proficiency in analyzing business processes and documenting before and after states
• Experience setting and delivering outcome-focused goals using OKRs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or expertise with Databricks
• Experience with PowerBI
• Focus on driving value through adoption and usage beyond technical delivery
