Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of the Bright Portal platform across the 3PL customer base
• Act as a subject matter expert embedded with Professional Services teams
• Convert field observations into product tickets to maintain development velocity
• Manage product backlog and prioritize roadmap delivery
• Incorporate AI-enabled features into the product
• Build functional prototypes with customers to validate ideas
• Monitor post-release adoption and package new features for customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, order management, inventory management, application integration, APIs, or shipping
• Experience in SaaS product management, implementation, solutions engineering, or 3PL/supply chain operations
• Experience with Claude Code or equivalent tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or MIS with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work without a fully-defined playbook

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS/OMS platforms or warehouse operations
• Hands-on expertise with supply chain or e-commerce software solutions
