Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Research market trends using AI tools to provide valuable data to the product team
• Establish and execute processes with new tools to improve team productivity
• Gather detailed business requirements and document user stories for new features
• Use AI tools to build prototypes for market sharing
• Collaborate with QA and development teams in an Agile environment to deliver solutions on schedule
• Conduct cross-departmental training on product features and develop training materials
• Partner with Business Development to convert go-to-market plans into sales demonstrations
• Execute product packaging and go-to-market activities for new feature releases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or MIS with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• 2 years of experience in e-commerce, order management, inventory management, API, or shipping software
• Experience or strong interest in software product management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional team members
