Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Gather, prioritize, and clarify product requirements from stakeholders and customers
• Manage the product backlog to ensure visibility and transparency for the Scrum Team
• Work closely with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and remove impediments
• Collaborate with Scrum Master and stakeholders to ensure product goals are met
• Measure and analyze product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide insight on product progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 13 years of working experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions based on business value and customer needs
• Experience in product backlog management and user story creation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification
