Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Extract and understand business needs to design software solutions for business growth
• Define product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, and project scope
• Manage sprint planning and work with squad teams to deliver products on time
• Oversee development stages including prototyping, testing, and Go-live
• Support product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Assist in A/B testing and user experience enhancements
• Facilitate communication between engineering, marketing, and operations teams
• Maintain product documentation, project tracking, and SOWs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, UX/UI, and developers
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to commute to Chaengwattana 14

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of coding or digital product development
• Proficiency with Figma
