Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a product consisting of business and IT components providing critical functions for the power system
• Maintain close contact with users to understand and prioritize their needs
• Continuously define and develop the product to meet evolving business requirements
• Work within a cross-functional team to drive development and management activities at Svenska kraftnät
• Lead projects focused on renewing current structural data systems

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Technical degree (120-180 credits) such as Civil Engineering (Energy/Data/Mechanical) or Data and Systems Science
• Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Product Owner for an agile team
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with various agile processes and methods
• Experience independently driving and leading teams
• Documented experience delivering backend solutions from idea to end-user in an agile context

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements management or project leadership
• Minimum 3 years of experience in change projects with significant IT system impact in large organizations
