About the Company

BJAK is a leading insurance and finance platform in Southeast Asia. Founded in 2019, the company is expanding into a finance super app to help people manage spending, saving, investing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery details
• Manage backlog, priorities, sprint readiness, and feature execution
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams
• Translate complex financial journeys into clear product flows
• Test features before launch to ensure product quality
• Track bugs, edge cases, user issues, and post-launch fixes
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress, blockers, risks, and decisions

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or similar delivery-focused role
• Strong ability to write clear requirements and break down work for engineering teams
• Good understanding of user flows, edge cases, and operational processes
• High ownership and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and convert messy inputs into execution plans
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or digital products is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English
• Must be based in Indonesia
