Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, including new features, enhancements, bugs, and technical debt
• Produce high-quality user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and detailed Feature Requirement Documents
• Apply Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) thinking to identify underlying customer problems and shape backlog themes
• Plan and run structured client discovery activities including interviews and workshops
• Support product marketing and go-to-market activity by articulating product value and release benefits
• Ensure product decisions are practical and grounded in construction workflows and ISO 19650 principles
• Work with remote engineering teams using Agile, Sprint, or Kanban methodologies
• Bring awareness to AI-enabled product opportunities like workflow automation and predictive insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product ownership, product management, or agile product delivery
• Experience within construction technology, engineering, infrastructure, BIM, or CDE software
• Proven ability to write detailed feature requirements and user stories in excellent written English
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
• Confident client-facing communication skills for facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
• Product Qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI-enabled products and data-led product development
• Understanding of information management (IM) principles and ISO 19650 standards
