Responsibilities

• Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end-to-end
• Shipping the company-wide KPI platform used by founders, board, and departments
• Building out the employee directory including profiles, org charts, and HR stack integrations
• Driving department leads to define, commit to, and report against key KPIs
• Partnering with back-office engineering on schema and architecture decisions
• Tracking adoption and usage, iterating fast based on internal feedback

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience with 2+ years at a top technology company
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with founders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or org-data products
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
