Product Owner (Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Somos Belcorp App and Web experience to ensure a best-in-class product for consultants.
• Define and execute the product vision, objectives, and roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and digital usability.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, evaluating impacts through business cases and value analysis.
• Drive digital sales growth through continuous improvements to the mobile app and web portal.
• Co-lead the automation and evolution of digital analytics, including dashboards, heatmaps, and NPS.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Translate product vision into actionable solutions using user insights, benchmarking, and continuous experimentation.
• Communicate product scope effectively to interdisciplinary teams across technology, regional countries, and corporate departments.
• Ensure sprint objectives are met by identifying risks, blockers, and deviations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Product Owner within commercial teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• High-impact storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consulting.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Firebase.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
