Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy for Global Room Check and Global Air Check
• Manage the technology lifecycle from design to marketing, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Partner with business units, IT, Security & Risk management, and external vendors to define the product portfolio
• Project manage product development, business-centric SLAs, and client support needs
• Coordinate with engineering and vendor teams to translate product needs into technical requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive product and process documentation
• Define and supervise performance metrics for products

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in travel technology product management delivering global offerings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and project management
• Familiarity with the technical architecture of scalable systems
