About the role
Responsibilities
- Prioritize needs with clients and partners
- Facilitate workshops with business analysis teams
- Analyze risks and advise business analysis teams
- Build the development roadmap
- Manage the product backlog and organize refinement sessions
- Organize sprint planning and negotiate items with the development team
- Break down business needs into epics and user stories
- Define the Definition of Done
- Participate in recruitment, R&D, and pre-sales activities
Requirements
- Master's degree (Engineering, Business School, or University)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Proxy PO in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Deep passion for Agility and mastery of the Scrum Guide
- Knowledge of innovation methods like Design Thinking or Lean Startup
- Understanding of development culture (TDD, DDD, SOLID, DevOps)
- Fluent English
