Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery by meeting with users to identify pain points and unmet needs
• Facilitate discovery workshops to co-create solution evolutions
• Contribute to functional specifications and user stories
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features
• Map user journeys and analyze task efficiency to identify bottlenecks
• Propose optimization opportunities through structured reporting
• Assist in writing user guides and onboarding documentation
• Support user awareness and adoption initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Management
• Passion for solving business challenges with technological solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders from developers to directors
