Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog and day-to-day execution including writing clear tickets and defining acceptance criteria
• Turn customer problems into actionable requirements and prioritized work packages
• Run pragmatic discovery to clarify workflows, constraints, and data realities
• Coordinate across engineering, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders to ship reliably
• Validate outcomes to ensure features drive measurable impact in real customer environments
• Maintain documentation and playbooks to preserve institutional knowledge

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Product Owner or Implementation lead in industrial or operational software
• Strong domain knowledge in factories, production processes, quality, maintenance, or throughput
• Ability to write high-quality requirements for engineering implementation
• Outcome-oriented mindset focused on impact metrics, adoption, and retention
• Confident communication skills for interacting with both operators and engineers
• Comfort working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, or industrial analytics tools
• Basic technical literacy in SQL, APIs, and data pipelines
• Experience working with AI or analytics products in industrial settings
