Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in alignment with firm priorities
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with development teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to drive AI adoption
• Lead change management efforts to integrate AI tools into existing workflows
• Maintain knowledge of AI/ML trends and evaluate new AI solutions and vendors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Compliance and Cyber to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Proven experience with at least one significant AI or data-driven product deployment
• Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines, and modern development methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business users
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in financial services, private equity, or healthcare is a plus
