Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and customers to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Estimate feature scope, complexity, and dependencies with the development team
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions and updates
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and user needs
• Partner with support teams to ensure accurate product documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Analyst
• Experience with Agile software delivery and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Power BI
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Strong technical understanding of software platforms, APIs, and cloud environments
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data analytics platforms
• Knowledge of automotive, cost engineering, or benchmarking domains
• Experience working in an international environment
• Familiarity with data-driven product development
