Product Order Manager AWACS

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase of goods, services, and equipment repairs to support the operational maintenance of the AWACS military fleet
• Identify the most suitable internal or external suppliers based on reference, criticality, price, and lead times
• Process and prioritize orders in response to operational requirements and unforeseen delays
• Coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain high data quality within logistics information systems (ASTRE and SID)
• Prepare activity summaries and performance reports for suppliers in collaboration with the Contract Manager

Requirements

• Bac + 2 degree in QLIO, GTLA, or GLT
• English proficiency at a B2 level (written and spoken)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics or through an apprenticeship
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Pack
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Défense / Secret OTAN security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial or aeronautical logistics
