Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales, end customers, and service teams throughout the customer journey to facilitate user acquisition and enhance user experience.
• Develop high-quality platform knowledge assets, including help documents, guidance, and video content, and lead training for internal and external users.
• Capture, consolidate, and validate functional requirements from various teams and users.
• Develop and maintain project plans, managing cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead alignment with business owners, engineers, and designers regarding prioritization and website changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in business requirement analysis and system design for cloud commercial supporting platforms (e.g., ordering, payment, invoice, or contract).
• Strong product and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
• High written and oral fluency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with product teams in mainland China.
