Product Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, managing new processes, workflows, and internal tools from ideation through implementation and optimization.
• Scale Product-Ops across Europe by standardizing processes in Italy, France, Austria, and Germany.
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in customer experience and internal workflows.
• Align internal processes with company strategy and communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide structured reporting and analysis to management regarding delivered projects and operational results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops, or Operational Excellence.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, project management, ERP, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Jira).
• Proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English to support collaboration across multiple European markets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges into effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working within a B2B SaaS company.
• A passion for Digital Accessibility (WCAG) and a desire to become a subject matter expert.
