Product Operations Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive design for manufacturability (DFX) excellence by reviewing and validating mechanical components and assemblies.
• Conduct design reviews to validate product robustness, performance, and operational feasibility within factory environments.
• Interface cross-functionally with suppliers, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Develop Integrated Level Assembly (ILA) documentation and governance processes for DFX reviews.
• Create production and build readiness plans, aligning global manufacturing capabilities with product roadmaps.
• Utilize metrics and root cause analysis to enhance manufacturability, cycle time, and product quality.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in mechanical development and DFX processes.
• 5+ years of relevant mechanical design and engineering experience.
• Proven technical leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience managing complex technical initiatives and risks.
• Ability to interpret product specifications and translate them into operational requirements.
