Product Operations, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive project plans
• Evaluate project progress continuously and integrate client feedback
• Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, and configurations
• Lead post-launch follow-through to ensure issues are identified and resolved
• Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health
• Synthesize data across multiple channels to act as the Voice of the Customer
• Build and scale product operations processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product operations, management consulting, banking, or related operational roles
• Deep analytical experience and SQL proficiency
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Strong written communication skills for specs and process documentation
• High attention to detail with strong ownership
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
