About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the rhythms of the product organization, including quarterly/annual planning, roadmap reviews, and leadership cadences.
- Identify and eliminate friction in product workflows by optimizing tooling, processes, templates, and documentation.
- Build reporting infrastructure to keep leadership informed on product performance, velocity, and OKR progress.
- Act as the resident AI expert, building AI-powered workflows and prompt libraries to accelerate spec writing, research synthesis, and ticket grooming.
- Manage the product team's core toolstack (e.g., Notion, Productboard, Jira) and establish a single source of truth for documentation.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product and Go-to-Market functions to manage feedback loops and launch readiness.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or strategy & operations.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and modern agile practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context to drive efficiency.
- Proven ability to implement scalable processes and systems thinking.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data and building dashboards.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, or Productboard.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling a product organization through significant growth.
- Background in SaaS or platform products.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and goal-setting facilitation.
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and building reusable AI playbooks.
