Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Audit and map existing manual workflows, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting, to identify automation opportunities.
• Build an automation layer using AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation to replace manual trackers with scalable systems.
• Manage interim operational execution, ensuring high precision in invoicing, reconciliations, and governance logs.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to integrate automated solutions into core banking systems.
• Transition risk and compliance tracking from manual spreadsheets to automated, "always-on" dashboards.
• Create comprehensive documentation and SOPs for new automated processes.

Requirements

• An "automation-first" mindset with a drive to replace repetitive tasks with scripts, prompts, or automated flows.
• High operational IQ with a strong understanding of financial movements, reconciliations, and governance.
• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Strong attention to detail and experience in data integrity management.
• Proven ability to audit complex processes and map them for technical implementation.
