Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end-to-end using Heap, Contentsquare, and Amplitude
• Build and run the customer feedback loop by synthesizing signal from various sources
• Centralize and coordinate the product roadmap to provide visibility across teams
• Administer Productboard and Jira to maintain functional workflows and data cleanliness
• Build and maintain internal AI agents and automation flows to optimize PM workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, or product management in SaaS
• Proven track record of building systems or processes from scratch
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or a builder-track PM path
• Experience reading data models and discussing architectural trade-offs with engineering
• Proficiency in product analytics and AI agent design
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional communication skills
