About the role
Responsibilities
- Own product analytics end-to-end using Heap, Contentsquare, and Amplitude
- Build and run the customer feedback loop by synthesizing signal from various sources
- Centralize and coordinate the product roadmap to provide visibility across teams
- Administer Productboard and Jira to maintain functional workflows and clean data
- Build and maintain internal AI agents and automation flows to optimize PM workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years in product operations, technical program management, or product management in SaaS
- Proven track record of building systems or processes from scratch
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or a builder-track PM path
- Experience reading data models and discussing architectural trade-offs with engineering
- Proficiency in product analytics and AI agent design
- Strong systems thinking and cross-functional fluency
