Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product operations at scale by defining processes, rituals, and tooling to align Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Act as connective tissue between cross-functional teams to identify misalignment and drive resolution.
• Coordinate complex, multi-track product launches, managing timelines, dependencies, and communications.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to automate workflows and build agents that scale decision-making.
• Synthesize data and customer feedback into actionable narratives for product strategy and roadmaps.
• Drive product excellence by defining success metrics and tracking adoption and product health.
• Design scalable systems for release management, incident handling, and feedback loops.
• Manage high-severity incidents and advocate for tech-debt reduction.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of professional experience.
• Background in Computer Science, Business, Data, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and influence without authority.
• Strong interest in systems thinking and organizational scaling.
• High curiosity regarding using AI agents and automation to solve operational problems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with a bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills to turn messy inputs into structured plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with analytics platforms.
