Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program, Engineering, and Ops to design and document processes for operational scalability
• Manage the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product & Engineering teams
• Test, validate, and deploy new product features in intensive environments
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth feature adoption
• Define operational KPIs and monitor product performance in the field
• Provide data-driven updates on operational progress and risks to leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or Technical Program Management
• Experience in an operational-intensive technology company
• Highly analytical with ability to use data tools like Kibana or Elastic
• Exceptional attention to detail and execution skills
• Strong communication skills for working across Engineering and Field Ops
• Ability to work full-time in the Lancaster, TX office
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools for workflow enhancement

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in operations research or industrial engineering
• Experience in autonomy, mobility, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience working in both startup and large company environments
