Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team to ensure operational excellence and the profitable movement of goods throughout the product life cycle
• Ensure efficiency of product flow processes by analyzing sales performance and key process scorecard data
• Partner on visual merchandising assessments and lead the resulting action plans
• Lead all visual and door-to-floor operations, including Back of House (BOH) management and sales floor promotional set-ups
• Manage the markdown process and lead store changeover initiatives
• Open and close the store and manage the sales floor to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Lead the store’s joint health and safety committee to ensure compliance with provincial policies
• Attract, develop, and provide authentic feedback to team members to build strong bench strength

Requirements

• 2-3 years of management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety techniques
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Quebec

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience
