Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team to ensure operational excellence and the profitable movement of goods throughout the product life cycle
• Ensure efficiency of product flow processes by analyzing sales performance and key process scorecard data
• Lead visual merchandising assessments and execute action plans to optimize product placement
• Oversee all door-to-floor operations, including Back of House (BOH) management, promotional set-ups, and the markdown process
• Partner with store leadership to react to sales trends and customer demands
• Lead the store’s joint health and safety committee to ensure compliance with provincial policies
• Build and develop strong teams by providing authentic feedback and clear performance objectives

Requirements

• 2-3 years of management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Quebec
