About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations including product movement from delivery to shelf, inventory flow, replenishment, and markdowns
- Utilize sales results and operational data to drive efficiency and profitability
- Manage visual presentation and merchandising standards, including store resets and promotional setups
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to foster a positive culture and professional growth
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience by maintaining an inspiring and navigable store environment
- Support health and safety standards and participate in occupational health and safety initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years of management or key-holder experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and move product using proper tools and techniques
- Strong desire to develop people leadership skills and work hands-on on the sales floor
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree is considered an asset but is not required
