Product Operations Manager II

Responsibilities

• Serve as a platform expert by analyzing customer requests and providing actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams
• Guide the day-to-day activities of a remote team of business analysts supporting multiple systems
• Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders to address support inquiries and facilitate user onboarding
• Own end-user communications, including feature release notes, project updates, and strategic announcements
• Create and deliver root cause analysis reports for critical outage incidents to internal teams and customers
• Provide periodic updates and presentations on initiatives and performance metrics to leadership and business partners
• Participate in organizational initiatives such as crafting documentation and defining process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably supporting clients in a technology or product environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven problem-solving aptitude and a logical approach to technical challenges
• Experience working within a defect management process
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Airtable
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, on-prem software, or cloud-based content management systems
• Strong technical writing skills for product requirements, operational guides, and release notes
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools or a strong interest in artificial intelligence technologies
