About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition from project-centric to product-led growth by coaching teams in product thinking
  • Develop frameworks, onboarding guides, and training programs to upskill teams in Agile and Scrum
  • Refine and create processes that accelerate time-to-outcome and champion data-driven decision-making
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through launch
  • Own roadmap execution cadences, OKR tracking, and release planning
  • Evaluate, implement, and govern the product operations tech stack, including Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or operations within a high-growth technology environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science) or Business
  • Proven ability to move teams from output-focused to outcome-focused mindsets
  • Technical fluency with the ability to work alongside engineers, data scientists, and hardware teams
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills and the ability to align diverse teams around a common vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Agilist, or PMP
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor, IoT, or embedded systems industry
  • Formal training or experience in organizational change management
  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms and data visualization tools
