Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle, driving operational excellence for product launches across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate operational tasks such as customer feedback triage, launch tracking, and cross-functional reporting.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launches to provide real-time visibility to cross-functional partners.
• Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement by providing PMs and stakeholders with necessary tools, resources, and templates.
• Analyze and quantify product signals by querying product, CRM, and customer data to surface actionable insights and measure the impact of product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience collaborating across multiple departments and aligning stakeholders with different priorities.
• Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership at the Director level and above.
• Hands-on proficiency with product management and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, defining approaches and iterating quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build trust across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering or technical product management.
• Experience using GitHub for CI/CD, documentation workflows, or engineering collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL or programming languages for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building or deploying AI agents or automated workflows.
• Professional experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, including prompt engineering.
